Custom Moldings

We can mill almost any molding profile to suit your needs, including a variety of siding profiles. We have a wide selection of profiles to choose from in our store and we can also grind custom knives if you need to match an existing molding. The maximum width we can mill is 9”. Tongue and Groove Paneling and Ceiling Material

We can mill tongue and groove (T&G) and shiplap boards out of almost any type of lumber that you’ll find in our store. Please contact us for pricing on these products. We will need the following information to provide accurate pricing:

Lumber Species and Thickness (standard thickness is ¾”, but we can provide thicknesses up to 1 ¾”)
Profile: T&G V-Joint, T&G Square Edge, T&G Beaded, T&G Nickel Gap, Shiplap Tight or Shiplap Nickel Gap
Face Width
Total Square Footage or Linear Footage
> To calculate linear footage, divide your total square footage by the face width. Be sure to convert your face width from inches to feet for this calculation.

Hardwood Flooring

Please contact us for pricing and lead times on hardwood flooring. We will need the following information when you contact us:

Grade (listed from highest to lowest grade): Select and Better, No. 1 Common, Character, No. 2 Common

All flooring is sold random lengths from 1' to 8'.

Cabinet Doors and Drawer Fronts

Click here to view the cabinet door catalog. The typical lead time for cabinet doors and drawer fronts is 2-3 weeks. Please provide the following information when requesting an estimate.

Design and lumber species
If you are ordering a custom designed door, please provide the following information: panel profile, inside frame profile, and outside edge profile
Bored with hinges, bore only, or no bore

- For boring, please specify standard Grass three hole pattern or 35 mm large hole only

All drawer boxes are custom made for width and length. Plywood drawer boxes are shipped unassembled, solid wood drawer boxes shipped assembled. Please call for pricing.
